As the global real estate giant reaches another milestone, RE/MAX Australia and New Zealand Franchise Director Joel Davoren says his regions are travelling a similar upward path as the international scene.
RE/MAX® concluded the first quarter 2018 with a global count topping 120,000 agents.
“That is an addition of more than 30,000 productive agents in the past five years,” Mr Davoren said.
He says the focus in Australia and New Zealand was on helping the businesses in the networks to themselves grow and thrive.
‘We’ve built strong regional teams for this purpose,” he said, “and our primary KPI’s are our agent count and agent productivity rather than just office numbers.
“Both these are accelerating because real estate agents and business owners are looking for genuine freedom, flexibility and opportunity to build their business and increase profitability.”
He said the past six months and pending new franchise agreements put RE/MAX in a very solid growth patterns for Australia and New Zealand.
