RE/MAX welcomes Ajay Bakshi and his RE/MAX A1 team into its global network of more than 6900 offices this month.
Mr Bakshi believes the real estate opportunities in Ipswich, Springfield and through the Ripley Valley will enable his business to flourish, and he anticipates having to quickly grow his team to meet the demands of the market.
He said joining the global network also gave scope for business growth and supported exceptional services for his team’s real estate customers.
Mr Bakshi has sold real estate in both New Zealand and Australian markets over the past 18 years, and now, together with his wife Pushpa, a chartered accountant, is looking to build a large sales and property management team with a reputation for honesty, integrity and successful outcomes for its customers from its 98 Brisbane Street, Ipswich base.
The couple speak six languages between them and have a passion for life and family.
“We have a solid platform for growth, and we will grow based on a culture of putting people first. We support our local community, local businesses and Make-A-Wish® Australia.
“Our wish is to be number one in this market so we have chosen the world’s number one real estate brand to help us with access to international marketing platforms and networks, supported business systems, extensive professional development and opportunities for extra income streams.
“RE/MAX is in almost 100 countries today, with more than 104,000 agents, and it’s the largest and most productive real estate company in the world.
“As a point-of-difference, we’ll be a one-stop-shop for all real estate and business requirements. We specialise in the sale, purchase, lease and renting of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, investment and development properties, and retail businesses.
“With support from Australian Property Finance (APF), we provide the best financial and insurance solutions to our clients.”
Mr Bashki added that the office is an accredited member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, the Australian Institute of Business Brokers and Ipswich Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
RE/MAX Australia’s Franchise Director Joel Davoren said welcoming the Bashkis and the RE/MAX A1 team fitted the strategy of selecting franchise partners who could demonstrate an exemplary reputation and exceptional skills, and shared RE/MAX core values.
