New South Wales agents recognised for September quarter achievements
RE/MAX teams came together on 23 October at Novotel Sydney Parramatta to learn, to network and to celebrate third quarter achievements at the real estate network’s regional event.
The event provided a forum for the Real Institute of New South Wales to present Property management updates and a course specifically designed for property management that includes coverage of compliant agency agreements and risk management for property managers.
Coach and trainer, Dene Tucker, who joined RE/MAX Australia last year as broker owner of RE/MAX Auction Services, also shared his knowledge and experience with the network in a session that provided many valuable take-aways.
RE/MAX Australia ranks its sales associates, sales teams and offices based on performance each quarter, and RE/MAX Elite, with offices in Wagga Wagga and Junee, took out the number one ranking award for both categories of commission and number of transactions.
The top individual for commission and transactions also came from RE/MAX Elite, Jenna Pollard taking the honour. Litsa Meleti from RE/MAX Lifestyle Marketing, Penrith, was ranked second for individual commission and Christa Lindsay from RE/MAX Elite ranked third. John Buckley, RE/MAX Capital, Queanbeyan, ranked second for individual transactions and Again Christa Lindsay third.
In the Teams rankings, the Jason Martin Team from Dee Why’s RE/MAX Property Specialists led in both categories, with the Nicholas Scarf Team from the same office following closely on commission.
“We are very proud to be at the top of these rankings because our office has a truly great team of sales and property management specialists, along with their support staff,” said RE/MAX Elite’s Annette Pollard.
RE/MAX Australia Franchise Director, Joel Davoren, congratulated all RE/MAX teams on their consistent efforts and focus on their customers’ real estate experiences through 2018, and spoke of RE/MAX Australia’s commitment to its members and their individual business growth.
“In a leading global network, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations, and our agents do likewise for their customers,” he said. “That’s the RE/MAX difference.”
RE/MAX is a worldwide leading real estate brand with unsurpassed global recognition through more than 100 countries and territories, with over 8000 offices and more than 123,000 people.
