A $10,000 Developers’ Bonus awaits buyers who are eligible for the Federal Government’s HomeBuilder grant and sign their contact on a block at Tantitha Rise Estate before 30th June.
RE/MAX Precision’s Scott Mackey said this is a unique opportunity to buy land and build in one of Bundaberg’s premier residential acreage estates.
“The HomeBuilder scheme is a Federal Government strategy to help builders coming out of the COVID-19 lockdown; and local developers, the DDM Group, are offering a further incentive to help Bundaberg builders.
“$10,000 will prove a wonderful bonus to those Tantitha Rise Estate buyers who qualify.”
Mr Mackey said the 25 available blocks in the estate averaged $180,000 to $200,000. Block size is 4,000m2 to 4,100m2 on average.
Buyers can choose their own builder.
“The acreage lots close to the Bundaberg CBD make an ideal lifestyle location, with town water, electricity and NBN all available; and the blocks will be complemented by home-builds in the $450,000 to $550,000 range, putting many owners in line for the double bonus.”
Bundaberg – or Bundy to the locals – is a four hour drive north of Brisbane, in the Wide Bay Burnett region, and the southernmost gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. The region’s coastline has coral cays, lagoons and 140 kilometres of white beaches, making Bundaberg a popular base for water-based activity. Nearby Mon Repos is home to the largest concentration of nesting sea turtles on the eastern Australian mainland.
