Top end agents recognised for March quarter achievements
RE/MAX Real Estate Services and RE/MAX Excellence shared the awards and accolades when RE/MAX Australia managing director Michael Davoren handed out this year’s first regional quarterly awards in North Queensland late April.
RE/MAX Real Estate Services in Cairns was the top performing sales office overall, and its sales associates Joan Robb, Gisele George and Mat Foley were the top three agents, in that order, in the sales commission category.
Ms George and Ms Robb ranked first and second for the transaction volume category, and Rob Levy from Townsville slipped into third place.
RE/MAX Real Estate Services topped the team category for both commission and transactions with the Ray Murphy Team.
RE/MAX Excellence claimed the other top spots with the Michele Hyde Team and Lyn Griffiths’ Lyn and Rohan Team.
A very successful professional development program, which included a well-received presentation from one of RE/MAX’s best, Stuart Legg from RE/MAX Regency on the Gold Coast, was held in both Cairns and Townsville venues over the 27th and 28th of April.
Prior to entering real estate, Mr Legg was Personal Business Advisor to the Brunei Royal Family and a former teacher.
He boasts a long and loyal list of local, interstate and international clients, and was RE/MAX Australia’s number two sales associate for 2015.
Mr Davoren addressed the company mission statement: ‘To create and facilitate the experience of unlimited opportunities in the property industry and allied services. Everybody wins.’ and RE/MAX Australia’s commitment to its members and their individual business growth.
He highlighted forthcoming events, the Asia Pacific Investment Referral Program to be held in Singapore in May and the RE/MAX Asia-Pacific Convention in Thailand at the end of August, as opportunities to create relationships that create business. Australia and New Zealand are two of 15 countries involved.
RE/MAX is a worldwide leading real estate brand with unsurpassed global recognition through almost 100 countries, with over 6900 offices and more than 104,000 people.
