A Gold Coast real estate agent has launched a book for consumers with a title that encapsulates her own indomitable spirit.
“Fighting for YOU’ by RE/MAX agent Lana Faulkner is an easy-to-read ‘insider’s look’ at how to best position a property to sell, including her own tips on selling your home at the highest price in any market, based on more than a decade of experience.
Mrs Faulkner dedicated her book to the late Kerri Newman, the principal/owner of the Ray White franchise where Mrs Faulkner honed her real estate skills, and a woman she describes as ‘one of the biggest inspirations of my life’.
She is making her book available free to customers through her website.
Mrs Faulkner and husband Tom Faulkner are part of RE/MAX U, a business model designed to take conjunctional agents into the realm of business ownership.
Joel Davoren, Franchise Director for RE/MAX Australia, said, “Growth in both agent count and office numbers is accelerating because real estate agents and business owners are looking for genuine freedom, flexibility and opportunity to build their business and increase profitability.
“The RE/MAX U initiative allows us to cultivate and identify talent. It is one thing to identify the talent, but it is critically more important to nurture that talent, to keep building on it… for business and personal success, and the growth of a successful real estate network.
“RE/MAX U is a full business opportunity to transition into business ownership, and we’re very happy to have Lana and Tom taking that path,” Mr Davoren said.
Mrs Faulkner is a Licensed Auctioneer, and together with Tom Faulkner offers an experienced package of successful real estate sales, business ownership, cutting edge marketing and expert negotiation.
Lana and Tom Faulkner also run a partnership program, which is an avenue for everyday people to show their financial support for their chosen individual, club, school or charity.
“We connect with community groups in a way that allows us to help fund all manner of things from medical treatments to playground equipment,” Mrs Faulkner said.
