Two new agents to the team at RE/MAX Profile Real Estate quite possibly know the property market through Brisbane’s western suburbs as well as anyone possibly can. Their combined years of experience adds up to more than three decades in real estate sales.
Gayle Harris and Jenny Scott joined the team this month.
Ms Harris was born in Chapel Hill, was schooled and has worked in the western suburbs all her life.
Her career has predominantly been real estate focused, though across a broad spectrum including advertising and marketing, administration, trust accounts, residential property management and shopping centre management.
She says she ‘fell into sales’ almost 20 years ago when the boss went away and left her with a lot of listings, which she dutifully sold… and sparked a passion.
Jenny Scott came to real estate after a long IT career with international companies, where she was primarily involved in sales, marketing and training. She found that experience provided transferrable skills that made her a very organised and focused agent.
Ms Scott has lived in various locations around the world and embraced many cultures, which she has found useful in her real estate career. Home has been Brisbane’s western suburbs for almost 30 years now.
Since 2005, she has sold in almost all suburbs including Kenmore, Chapel Hill, Fig Tree Pocket, Brookfield, Indooroopilly, St Lucia, Taringa, Toowong and Auchenflower, selling residences of every description, style and value; vacant land; apartments, units and townhouses; and unit blocks and development sites.
Ms Harris has always sold in the western suburbs, having been based at Bellbowrie and Kenmore while specialising in acreages and sought-after suburbs like Fig Tree Pocket.
She said that working for RE/MAX had always been on her radar because of the way its culture and its business model recognise entrepreneurship, give flexibility and allow an agent to build a profile while still having all the support they need.
“RE/MAX is also the worldwide real estate leader, a brand with unsurpassed global recognition through around 100 countries.”
Ms Scott said that she and Gayle were excited to be with RE/MAX where they could completely tailor programs to suit each of their customer’s needs.
“We know how important personalised care and attention is to achieving happy clients and successful outcomes.
“Christina and the team are exceptionally motivating and supportive, and everyone knows exactly what they are doing when it comes to real estate and servicing the western suburbs and greater Brisbane,” she added.
Christina Penrose said the new team members brought a wealth of experience and excellent reputations to RE/MAX Profile Real Estate customers.
“Our aim is for every customer we work with to have the most exceptional real estate experience possible,” Mrs Penrose said.
