Mackay sales agent Dee Mangion’s first official sale with the RE/MAX Result’s team went under contract with just one week on the market, another sold in two days.

With that first official sale, a Hay Point property, the sale outcome was unquestionably the result of the relationship Ms Mangion established with the property owner.
She explains, “The listing came as a referral from a RE/MAX agent in Brisbane, and it had come to him by someone in Gosford.
“The property had been on the market for two and a half to three years with multiple agents and I felt the owner had lost all hope. It was up to me to renew that hope and instill confidence.”
Ms Mangion helped with the home’s presentation, launched a reenergized marketing campaign with professional photos, and listed the property at a higher price
“I believed the property was worth it, that it presented real value and had simply gone stale.
“Ultimately, the seller was delighted with the price achieved, and was able to purchase what she wanted for her new home with money still in her pocket.”
