Gold Coast agents recognised for March quarter achievements
RE/MAX Regency was the common link in every award handed out by RE/MAX Australia Managing Director Michael Davoren at this year’s first regional quarterly awards held at Palmer Colonial on the Gold Coast.
The office, from its Robina base, produced the number one, two and three individual agents for commission and transaction categories in Nicole Carter, Stuart Legg and Greg Parker respectively.
The Rob Grover Team claimed the top accolades for both commission and transactions with the Darren Lewis and Daryn Trowbridge Team and the Mark Ryan Team taking the next two spots among the top sales units for the region.
Not surprisingly, RE/MAX Regency won top office overall.
The awards event ended a very successful day of professional development, which included a well-received presentation from Nigel Long of Nigel Long Auctions, which gave agents valuable ideas and lessons in navigating the auction process with ease and efficiency.
RE/MAX Australia’s award-winning marketing guru, Marc Sorrentino from RE/MAX Advantage in Wynnum-Manly, Queensland, delivered a high-energy talk on making marketing campaigns stand out from the competition. Mr Sorrento won Special Achievement in Marketing for 2014 and 2015. He knows the RE/MAX point-of-difference and how to make the most of its freedom and flexibility.
Agents were lucky enough to hear from Gold Coast Bulletin Sales Manager Jake Ryan just days before he headed to the USA for a new role in digital media. He spoke about the ‘More Places you Love’ gloss magazine and its benefits and features. RE/MAX Regency’s Emma Gumbleton said it was a good follow on to Mr Sorrentino, who makes such great use of print media.
Mr Davoren addressed the company mission statement: ‘To create and facilitate the experience of unlimited opportunities in the property industry and allied services. Everybody wins.’ and RE/MAX Australia’s commitment to its members and their individual business growth.
He highlighted forthcoming events, the Asia Pacific Investment Referral Program to be held in Singapore in May and the RE/MAX Asia-Pacific Convention in Thailand at the end of August, as opportunities to create relationships that create business. Australia and New Zealand are two of 15 countries involved.
RE/MAX is a worldwide leading real estate brand with unsurpassed global recognition through almost 100 countries, with over 6900 offices and more than 104,000 people.
