The Cathy Cheng Team from RE/MAX Community Realty has toppled some tough competition to claim the number one position in the Australian network’s top sales units for the first time, in the second rankings released for 2016.
RE/MAX Australia Managing Director, Michael Davoren, said the February ranking reflected more than settled transactions.
He said Ms Cheng’s team represented property specialists with an exceptional degree of customer service focus, marketing prowess, and communication and negotiation skills.
The Sunnybank real estate office ranked number two overall for the February ranking, an amazing achievement for an office that opened just two years ago. In January this year, the office had made the top ten ranking for the first time, coming in a seventh spot.
Agent Ida Chiang currently holds a position in RE/MAX Australia’s top 20 individual agents.

RE/MAX Australia ranks its sales teams monthly passed on performance. The top ten ranked teams each represent in excess of $60,000 gross commission for the month.
