RE/MAX Australia awarded its top performers in Western Australia at the third quarter 2020 awards held at the QV1 Conference Centre in Perth.
The region’s number one agent came from RE/MAX Southern Stars. Cannington-based sales associate Tom Miszczak led the September quarter for both individual commission and transactions.
Dave Martin and Leoni Strydom from RE/MAX Extreme made up the top three.
Two RE/MAX Extreme teams were the top performing sales unit for the quarter. The
Demo Foufas Team recorded the highest commission. The Brett White Team had the highest number of sales transaction and was #2 for commission.
Making up the top three across teams in each category were Tom & Nat Cleary from RE/MAX Southern Stars at #3 for commission; and , for transactions, it was Ka-Cheng Team, RE/MAX GBT Realty at #2 and the Phillip Wiltshire Team from RE/MAX Extreme at #3.
RE/MAX Extreme was the strongest performing office. The Currambine real estate business won the Top Office award for categories of both gross commission and number of transactions.
RE/MAX Australia is holding training and award events in regions around Australia this month. In Perth, the awards presentation followed the network’s most extensive professional development program of the regional quarterly awards series.
Operation Director Josh Davoren opened the day with an online presence before handing over to a line-up of key presenters and more than 50 RE/MAX members at the venue.
Steve Clements from the REA Group spoke before the first practical session on the best use of social media in real estate.
Donna Goddard, RE/MAX Business Growth Manager, WA, introduced Meg Coffey as one of Australia’s leading and most sought-after social media educator and public speakers.
“Meg gave valuable insight into how social media needs to be a feature of every business’s marketing strategy today and practical examples of its integration,” she said.
Post-lunch, Brad Glover, who is in the top one per cent of real estate agents in WA and a co-founder of Openn Negotiation, the largest online auction and property sales platform in Australia, led a sales session while the highly respected and acclaimed leader, workplace trainer and assessor, Michelle Rigg, led a session for property managers.
Performance coach, Ryan Thompson, was the final afternoon speaker.
“Within 12 years of arriving in Perth, Ryan became a million-dollar real estate agent, top-selling auctioneer, and opened multiple offices while managing a 20+ sales team. In 2014, he established Goals International, a personal and professional development company specifically for the real estate industry and is a highly sought-after sales coach.
“These events consist of training to assist, motivate and challenge our members with top speakers and local success stories – helping to raise both expectations and results,” Ms Goddard said.
