TOP ACCOLADES FOR RE/MAX PERFORMERS
RE/MAX Australia chose the Gold Coast to begin its round of regional third quarter 2020 awards with the first event held 15th October at the Palmer Colonial Golf Course.
RE/MAX Regency was once again the strongest performer.
The Robina office won the Top Office award for categories of both gross commission and number of transactions. The Darren Lewis & Daryn Trowbridge Team won Top Sales Team in both categories and sales associates, Stuart Legg and Greg Parker were #1 and #2 Agent respectively, both categories, and Kylie Rodwell was #3 for commission.
Making up the top three agents in the region for number of sales was RE/MAX Property Centre’s Danny Woolbank who demonstrated that the Broadbeach market had performed strongly through the September quarter.
RE/MAX Australia is holding training and award events in regions around Australia this month.
“These events consist of training to assist, motivate and challenge our members with top speakers and local success stories – helping to raise both expectations and results,” said Professional Development Manager, Melanie Marsh.
Steve Carroll founder of Digital Live and former Sales Director at ASX 50 listed REA Group was the feature speaker. He explained why real estate professionals need to be heroes in the eyes of their customers, the qualities required to succeed and how digital tools can help.
“Steve talked about the role of real estate agents and property managers as we start to move out of this pandemic and hew we can be the ‘heroes’ our customers look for,” said Ms Marsh.
