When Denver-based RE/MAX LLC recently announced its global Top 100 and Top 50 rankings for January to end of March this year, three Australian agents received the outstanding accolade of being named in the top 100 RE/MAX agents worldwide.

They were Todd Gerhardt and Tamara Hall from RE/MAX Advantage in Wynnum, Queensland and Kylee Harnisch from Morningside’s RE/MAX Bayside -Results in Queensland.

This worldwide recognition and honour also went to six Australian sales teams named in the top 50, including three in the top 20: Evans Properties Team from RE/MAX Bayside- Results; Melita Bell Team from RE/MAX Success in Toowoomba, Queensland and Team Leanne Druery, RE/MAX Select in Mackay, Queensland. Joining them in the top 50 were The Demo Foufas Team and The Phillip Wiltshire Team from RE/MAX Extreme in Currambine, WA; and Team Elevate, also from RE/MAX Success.

Eight individual Australian agents figured in Top 100 Global residential, 14 Australian teams made the cut for Top 50 Global – small teams, and six Australian teams featured in the Top 50 Global medium teams.

Fifteen Australian teams were named in Top 100 Global Teams, residential & commercial.

Team rankings include small (2 members), medium (3-9 members), and large (10+ members) teams. To make the cut, a team’s year-to-date commission must be equal to or greater than $40,000 USD.

RE/MAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren praised agents on their achievements.

“Reaching the global top 100 and top 50 rankings is something a RE/MAX agent or team can be enormously proud of. It says they are amongst the very best in what is recognised as the most productive sales force in the real estate industry worldwide,” he said.

More than 58,000 RE/MAX agents make up the network’s global region. With the addition of US and Canada, the sales force rises to more than 140,000 throughout more than 110 countries and territories world-wide.
