Award winning finance brokers and partnering real estate agents were announced at the RE/MAX Australia gala event held on 20th February at The Star Brisbane.
Pivotal Financial (PF), the finance arm of RE/MAX Australia, announced its annual awards for top performances in its mortgage broker ranks and individuals and offices in the RE/MAX network.
Lachlan MacDonald followed up annual wins since 2021 with the ultimate, Finance Broker of the Year for 2024. He was the 2021 Rising Star who went on to win Top Market Share for 2022 and 2023, and once again was announced winner of Top Market Share for his 2024 results.
Finance broker Tim Denton had a year-on-year win with Top Performer (RE/MAX Settlements).
Christian Tucker won the inaugural PF Asset Finance Broker of the Year award, which PF General Manager, Shannon Arnold, explained was introduced to recognise a broker’s commitment to asset finance, which includes cars, personal loans, equipment finance and cashflow lending.
“The energy and focus our brokers put into preparing asset finance and loans application can make a real difference,” Mr Arnold said. “The extra effort they go to results in a more streamlined assessment journey for the client and ultimately, faster approval time frames.”
“Our unwavering commitment propels us forward; and RE/MAX and PF forged ahead through 2024 with determination and resilience despite economic and market supply factors.”
RE/MAX Platinum in Narangba won the Top Market Share award as it has done since 2020.
The Morningside office of RE/MAX Bayside-Results was the Top Performing Office in the real estate network for finance business through 2024.
Mackay sales associate Leanne Druery was the Top Performing RE/MAX agent in finance for yet another year.
“The PF team has been in full swing since the start of this year handling new finance and lending enquiries, amidst plenty of competitive deals from lenders and banks to win new customers and potentially save money,” Mr Andrews said.
“Everybody has something to say about interest rates and what they’ll do, because it directly hits the hip pocket; but rather than nervously speculating, consult with professionals, whether you already have a mortgage or are considering one.
“That’s where we come in, a 20-strong team of finance specialists providing a full range of financial services and working closely with the RE/MAX network of agents around Australia.”
