The elite in the RE/MAX sales force have shaken of any early winter chills to bask in Fijian sun while experiencing three days of professional stimulation at the Platinum + event.

Insights to High-performing Agents and Teams was the topic for Nathan Casserly, Managing Director and co-founder of Ouwens Casserly Real Estate in South Australia. His second session on day one was a deep dive into Connectivity, Vulnerability, Leadership, in which he shared his own personal and professional story over the past three tumultuous years of his business and how he navigated through that.

Fresh from a stellar presentation at the Australian Real Estate Conference (AREC) on the Gold Coast was keynote speaker Marcus Chiminello with a powerful interactive session where he shared how he scaled up his business and how he lifted the bar in his marketing and reaped the rewards. Marcus, who is widely recognised as one of Australia’s leading estate agents and specialises in selling prestige homes and luxury developments, was back to the stage with Diving into the Depths of Excellence. He was joined by top RE/MAX team leader, Jacqui Walker, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table and making the session an unmissable opportunity for anyone looking to stay ahead of the game.

With industry insights and advanced tools to optimise property listings were Andrew Turner and Troy Dowse from realestate.com.a, while Pete Matthews from Realtair shared cutting-edge technology to boost lead generation and business growth. Highly accomplished RE/MAX business owner, prestigious Eagle Award recipient and an International Broker Owner of the Year, Justin Miller, was superb with Unlocking Entrepreneurial Success with a Scaling Up Mindset. A commercial pilot who transitioned to property development, commercial construction and property management, Justin, over his time in the real estate industry, has pioneered the implementation of specialised technologies that have now been adopted as the benchmark standard.

The annual Platinum + Forum is provided exclusively for RE/MAX high achievers and is a ‘by invitation only’ event. “Not all invited could make it but around 50 were excited to come to such a beautiful location, Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort,” Joel Davoren said. “We all know about ‘location’ but we also produce an event that reminds our high achievers it is always possible to improve and take their business to the next level.”
