Independent consumer review source, Canstar Blue, announced survey respondents voted RE/MAX Australia #2 amongst Australia’s major real estate brands for ‘Overall Customer Satisfaction’ and #1 in subcategories, ‘Knowledge and Advice” and ‘Contract Handling’ where it received the coveted five-star rating.
Canstar invited over 1,300 survey respondents to talk about their experiences with some of the biggest firms in Australia. Brands must receive a minimum of 30 responses to be included in our customer satisfaction ratings.
RE/MAX Australia Managing Director, Joel Davoren, said the announcement came as a complete and wonderful surprise.
