Agents recognised for March quarter achievements
New South Wales and ACT RE/MAX teams came together on 22nd May to celebrate their achievements through the year’s first quarter.
RE/MAX Elite took the Top Office award for both categories of commission and number of transactions.
RE/MAX Australia ranks its sales associates, sales teams and offices based on performance each quarter and the real estate business, with offices in Wagga Wagga and Junee, took out the number one ranking.
The top three individual agents for number of transactions came from RE/MAX Elite with Jenna Pollard, Christa Lindsay and Rob Fuller taking first, second and third places. Ms Lindsay and Ms Pollard were also in the top three for commission earned, while the top ranked agent for that category was Litsa Meleti from RE/MAX Lifestyle Marketing in Penrith.
In the Teams rankings, the two directors of RE/MAX Property Specialists proved leading lights with the Jason Martin Team from Dee Why the top performer in both commission earned and number of transactions and the Narrabeen-based Nicholas Scarf Team taking the second spot for commission earned.
“We are very proud to be at the top of these rankings because our office has a truly great team of sales and property management specialists, along with their support staff,” said RE/MAX Elite broker owner Annette Pollard. “In a leading global network, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations. That’s the RE/MAX difference.”
The first quarter event was a day of training, workshops and networking at Pullman Hotel Sydney Airport.
RE/MAX Australia Professional Development Manager, Melanie Marsh, said the event provided an exciting opportunity to introduce Dene Tucker to the NSW and ACT RE/MAX network.
“Dene joined RE/MAX late last year as broker owner of RE/MAX Auction Services. He was REIQ Auctioneer of the Year 2006 and represented Queensland in the Australasian competition in 2007.
“He has more than 27 years in the industry and has reached the top five per cent of sales people in the country; managed sales and support teams across single and multi-office operations; and is an experienced coach and trainer in sales, personal growth and business growth.”
RE/MAX Australia invited Mr Tucker to share his experience and knowledge of growing a successful sales business, and those in attendance took away strategies to implement around listings, combining print and portals for optimum marketing results, recognising the best buyer and negotiating the sale.
RE/MAX Australia Franchise Director, Joel Davoren, congratulated all RE/MAX teams on their consistent efforts and focus on their customers’ real estate experiences through the first quarter, and spoke of RE/MAX Australia’s commitment to its members and their individual business growth.
Both he and Marketing Director, Josh Davoren, attended the event.
RE/MAX is a worldwide leading real estate brand with unsurpassed global recognition through more than 100 countries and territories, with over 7000 offices and more than 120,000 people.
