Well-known Central Coast agent, Corinne Intia, has launched her agency, RE/MAX Pamilya Properties, in Toukley, New South Wales.
Opening her own real estate business has been Corinne’s goal since last May. Factors, including COVID 19, were to slow the process but, despite lockdown and the inability of trades to complete fit-out of her premises, her office went live on Friday (23 July).
“Everyone knows me as someone prepared to take on a challenge,” said Mrs Initia, “and I could think of no better day to launch than National Property Managers Day.”
‘Pamilya’ means ‘family’ in Filipino.
Family means a great deal for Mrs Intia, who grew up on the Central Coast and now raises her own family here. Her husband is from the Philippines and the office name incorporates her family’s culture and community.
‘Pamilya’ also represents the type of team and culture she plans on building for the office.
Having developed an enviable reputation locally through both her community volunteering and work as a real estate professional, a move into business ownership was a natural progression as she sought to offer clients a wider range of real estate services.
Understanding the care, attention and mind-set required to meet client expectations, her experience and knowledge made her a sought-after agent in the local area. She brings that experience and strong reputation in property management and sales to business ownership.
“We have a great local community, which I’ve been a part of my whole life. From my own school years, forging my career and raising my own family, I have always had establishing my own real estate business here as my goal,” said Mrs Intia.
“RE/MAX Pamilya Properties is my future, my family’s future, and I’m excited to be building my business with the RE/MAX brand.
“Bringing RE/MAX to the Central Coast, I’m looking forward to opening up the area that I service to extend to the whole coast and offer my clients exceptional personal real estate service.”
She says the opportunity to work with an international brand and extend the opportunity to provide next level support to her clients through access to resources and training had made the decision to join RE/MAX an easy one. With a strong connection to the RE/MAX culture, it was a perfect fit for her business model and growth plans.
Thrilled to be welcoming Mrs Intia to RE/MAX Australia’s network of high performing broker owners, RE/MAX Australia’s Director of Operations, Josh Davoren, said it was an exciting time for the growth of RE/MAX in New South Wales.
“RE/MAX Pamilya Properties represents a return for RE/MAX to the Central Coast of New South Wales, and we’re excited to re-establish the brand in the growing market,” he said.
“Corinne’s experience and local knowledge is exceptional, and she brings a whole new level of strength to represent the RE/MAX brand, which we’ve not had on the Central Coast before.”
RE/MAX Pamilya Properties is located at 260 Main Road Toukley NSW 2263.
