Agents recognised for March quarter achievements
Sunshine Coast RE/MAX teams met at The Lakehouse in Mountain Creek on 9th May for training, networking and announcement of the first quarter achievement awards.
RE/MAX First took the Top Office award for both categories of commission and number of transactions and Team Rademeyer from the office was the top-ranked team for both categories.
Team Hinterland from the RE/MAX Hinterland office in Maleny was the number two team.
The top two individual agents for commission earned came from RE/MAX Property Sales in Nambour with Steve Pery and Tony Bennett taking first and second places. Lachlan Anderson from RE/MAX First made up the top three. Mr Pery took the top ranking for number of transactions, while Mr Anderson and Mr Bennett reversed their order for second and third.
RE/MAX Australia ranks its sales associates, sales teams and offices based on performance each quarter.
“RE/MAX agents on the Sunshine Coast are producing some outstanding results for their customers and really demonstrating the RE/MAX difference,” RE/MAX First principal Karl Rademeyer said.
RE/MAX Australia Professional Development Manager, Melanie Marsh, introduced the training element on the program, a session on managing pricing challenges facilitated by Dene Tucker of RE/MAX Auction Services.
“Dene has more than 27 years in the industry and has reached the top five per cent of sales people in the country; managed sales and support teams across single and multi-office operations; and is an experienced coach and trainer in sales, personal growth & business growth,” Ms Marsh said.
“We are fortunate we can tap into his experience and knowledge of growing a successful sales business for the benefit of our network’s members.”
