RE/MAX Australia has five new offices set to open before the first quarter of 2022 is over.
An office in Ningi in Queensland’s Moreton Bay opens for the start of February, with Flagstone, a suburb in the city of Logan, Queensland; Upper Mount Gravatt, a southside Brisbane suburb; Epping in Northwest Sydney; and Metung, in the East Gippsland region of Victoria, set to follow.
RE/MAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren said there had been a very strong start to the year on all counts.
“We have had a solid increase in our agent numbers right through January and we have more than 20 experienced real estate and business professionals talking with us seriously right now about opening RE/MAX offices across at least three states.
“I anticipate this will grow our network considerably through the first half of 2022 and help us continue to grow RE/MAX market share.”
“There is a great deal of positivity throughout the network – in business owners, agents and their customers – and we are investing in resources that will promote and sustain individual and network growth beyond the current market conditions.
“No doubt, 2022 will throw its own challenges our way but there’s no indication at the moment that it’s going to be a quiet one for real estate,” he said.
