Finance specialist and property enthusiast, Tara Lancashire, has joined Pivotal Financial, the financial arm of RE/MAX Australia.
Ms Lancashire, who graduated from university in Germany with a business degree in tourism management, has purchased, renovated and sold more than ten properties in Hannover, Johannesburg, London and Brisbane.
She founded Tara Michelle Lancashire Advisory (TMLA) in 2017 where she was successful and highly respected in her work advising clients through retirement and post retirement.
“Working with seniors on their financial goals quickly fuelled a desire to work with people throughout their financial lifetime,” said Ms Lancashire, “and becoming a finance specialist with Pivotal Financial is an ideal way to achieve this.”
Her client base is largely through Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, though her services can extend interstate as well.
Ms Lancashire holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. She is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Deakin University.
General Manager Matthew Andrews, said Pivotal Financial was a dynamic, agile and solution-based team of brokers, who together with RE/MAX, create a real estate selling/buying experience that is an all-inclusive one.
“We have a dedicated team of finance professionals passionate about providing clients with expert advice, support and service in choosing the right loan and negotiating all their financial goals.
“We welcome Tara to the Pivotal Financial team for both the breadth of her knowledge and personal experience, and true commitment to her relationship with the client.
“A self-confessed perfectionist, Tara measures her success by the experience she gives her clients and what she achieves for them, and her very personable and approachable demeanour makes clients feel comfortable, confident and secure,” said Mr Andrews.
In an interesting turn of events, joining Pivotal Financial brings Ms Lancashire back into the RE/MAX network.
She explains, “As well as being based in Johannesburg for five years as merchandise manager in the golf apparel industry, I sat my real estate exams and worked on the RE/MAX Fourways team in Sandton, Johannesburg, for 12 months.
“I sold a number of properties including my own, which gave me a good insight into the needs of the real estate customer,” she said.
