RE/MAX shores up more of the coastal Brisbane to Sunshine Coast corridor with the placement of RE/MAX Mainland Properties in Ningi, a seaside haven just minutes to Bribie Island and generally less than an hour to Brisbane, 60 kilometres south.
Opening the office is Victoria Nicholson, who has already built a very successful agency, RE/MAX Island Properties, on Bribie Island.
“Victoria’s strong market share on the island has attracted a number of the area’s more prominent sales agents to her team,” said RE/MAX Australia Franchise Director, Joel Davoren. “She identified Ningi as a base from where her business would continue to grow both in market share and team size.”
Bribie Island, in Moreton Bay, is connected to the mainland by bridge and is only 45 minutes from Brisbane Airport.
Mr Davoren said the expansion of Ms Nicholson’s successful island real estate business fitted RE/MAX’s commitment to franchise partners who shared RE/MAX core values and were well-established in their markets.
“We are excited to welcome RE/MAX Mainland Properties into our global network of 7000-plus offices in more than 100 countries and territories,” he said.
