Pivotal Financial, the finance arm of RE/MAX Australia, had reasons to celebrate at the 2019 RE/MAX Australia Annual Awards Gala, held at The Star, Gold Coast on February 14th.
Matthew Andrews, General Manager of Pivotal Financial (PF), explained that PF awards bestowed on the night related to both those Pivotal Financial finance specialists who have achieved outstanding results and recognised those owners and agents in the RE/MAX network who have worked most effectively with Pivotal Financial.
Finance specialist, Anish Prasad, once again won the Pivotal Financial Broker of the Year with Danielle Wilson announced the Pivotal Financial Rising Star.
Paul Habib repeated his previous year’s Top Performer win, and Tim Denton received the Top Market Share award.
Pivotal Financial gave its Top Performing Agent award to Adam Gould from RE/MAX Bayside Properties, which was also awarded Top Performing Office. This meant both Mr Gould and RE/MAX Bayside Properties provided PF with the greatest number of opportunities in 2018.
The Gladstone office of RE/MAX Gold collected the PF award for Top Market Share, which is determined through the percentage of PF-settled loans to RE/MAX sales.
In 2018, PF finance specialists worked alongside over half of the RE/MAX office network and have exciting growth plans for the coming 12 months.
Pivotal Financial recently expanded its operations and footprint into New South Wales, appointing Darren Bryant to support Morris and Melissa Short at RE/MAX Xtra in Parramatta.
Finance specialist Mr Bryant brings over 20 years of experience within the banking and mortgage broking industries, working for ANZ and CBA, and as a mortgage broker for the past eight years.
Mr Andrews cited firm plans to recruit and support other New South Wales offices, saying “This is an important strategic move to help further assist our RE/MAX network around Australia navigate a somewhat complex and ever-changing lending process.”
Through the RE/MAX Australia and Pivotal Financial relationship, finance specialists work with the RE/MAX agents to write a full range of financial services for home buyers. Services span across residential and commercial lending, insurance, wealth, asset finance and personal loans.
Mr Andrews said, “Working collaboratively, the partnership between finance and real estate – between brokers and sales agents – means an expanded quality service and outcome for consumers.
“The real estate customer is best served by people working together with knowledge of the property itself, the property market and the real estate and finance industries they specialise in.
“In a somewhat turbulent environment, the Pivotal Financial team continues to do outstanding work to help our network deliver exceptional experiences for their customers,” he said.
Pivotal Financial specialists celebrated alongside colleagues from RE/MAX Australia at ‘A Night in Paris’, a gala that features exciting Moulin Rouge- style performances.
