PROPERTY MANAGERS RECEIVE PLATINUM PLUS ATTENTION

September 6, 2024

Wim Hof instructor, Zac Vale; the CEO and Director of Real+, Fiona Blayney; and head of Harcourts Solutions property management division, Jodie Stainton, headlined RE/MAX Australia’s inaugural Platinum Plus event for Property Management.

Managing Director, Joel Davoren, said the highly anticipated event was by invitation only and dedicated to recognising and empowering the top achievers in the business of property management field.

“On the back of our very successful Platinum Plus annual event for sales associates, we created a unique opportunity for our property managers to collaborate with their highest achieving peers and other industry leaders,” he said.

“Since we launched the Property Asset Management Chapter in 2017, we’ve had very strong support from our Australian network, and we constantly look for innovative ways to offer its members valuable resources and training opportunities.”

RE/MAX businesses are recognised for outstanding performance in property management through annual Club Awards earned on the basis of the number of properties managed or by organic net gain in properties managed.

Platinum status is given to an office that manages more than 300 properties and has achieved a net growth of 75 or more managements, Chairman’s Club status involves managing more than 400 properties or net growth of 100 or more, Titan Club status is more than 500 properties or net growth of 150 or more, and Diamond status is more than 1000 properties under management or achieving a net growth of 200 or more.

Morning presenter, Zac Vale, led an engaging Wim Hof Method workshop, which offered the opportunity to learn techniques for stress management, increased energy levels, and enhanced mental clarity through breathwork.

The Wim Hof Method completely transformed Vale’s life when it became an alternative to being bed-ridden and taking a cocktail of prescription drugs after a severe back injury, and he’s now dedicating his life to transforming others.

Fiona Blayney’s dynamic presence on stage captivated her audience as she challenged the status quo and offered innovative insights and personalised solutions.

Final speaker, Jodie Stainton, shared the experiences that come with four offices and a growing portfolio of more than 2000 properties.

The event, sponsored by MyConnect, brought together 32 RE/MAX professionals from 16 top performing offices representing three Australian states, plus members of the RE/MAX Australia team, at The W Hotel, Brisbane on Thursday 29th August.
