Two RE/MAX agents feature in the REB Dealmakers 2024 rankings, being recognised as Australian residential real estate agents who are going above and beyond in their local markets.
Toowoomba agent James O’Donohue from RE/MAX Success agent and RE/MAX Results agent Kylee Harnisch from Morningside, Brisbane, feature in the top 50 list.
The REB Dealmakers ranking showcases top-performing Australian agents who consistently settled deals in 2023/24 financial year.
REB has published this ranking for the eighth consecutive year to acknowledge agents who have established a strong presence in their local markets, settled a high volume of deals over the financial year, and consistently exceeded expectations in their service to customers.
The ranking is determined by measuring number of deals settled, year-on-year growth and consistency of deals to identify Australia’s top-performing agents.
Through a period where agents and buyers alike have experienced turbulence across the industry, the Dealmaker ranking saw an increase in year-on-year growth in FY24, from 21.8 in the 2023 ranking up to 36.1 this year.
Across the top 50 dealmakers REB identified, agents averaged over two sales per week for FY24.
The insights gained through REB Dealbreakers, with notable increases in year-on-year growth and number of deals settled, may signal a positive shift in Australia’s property outlook, suggesting a potential upturn.
REB editor Juliet Helmke congratulated everyone included for their “hard work and determination that has earned them this well-deserved recognition.”
“It’s a genuine pleasure to celebrate the perseverance and excellence demonstrated by these dealmakers who hail from all across the country. Every agent featured in this ranking has poured immense time, effort, and passion into perfecting their skills,” she said.
REB invited all agents to submit figures from their settled residential property sales across the 2024 financial year.
RE/MAX Australia congratulate James and Kylee,” said Managing Director Joel Davoren. “We are proud of all our agents who continue to achieve individual success.”
“The REB Dealmakers 2024 ranking celebrates the remarkable resilience and expertise of top agents across the country. Their successes highlight the value of fostering strong connections across local communities and the importance of consistent service to customers.”
Queensland saw an increase in the number of representatives on the list this year, with nine dealmakers securing a place, up from two in FY23.
