In the most significant milestone in its digital transformation to date, RE/MAX this month launched Precinct to its Australian and New Zealand networks.
Built in partnership with Microsoft, Precinct is a one-stop RE/MAX members portal, where members have easier access to key tools and training, find resources, share ideas through enterprise social media, get real time alerts from the network, celebrate successes, and utilize Microsoft productivity tools.
“Precinct brings everything RE/MAX together,” says Director Chris Chapman.
“It is fully integrated with the network, and at the fingertips of RE/MAX franchise owners, administrators, agents, property managers and our Pivotal Financial specialists.
Mr Chapman explained that Precinct was RE/MAX as a service available to any agent anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. “We recognize that agents need and want to be more mobile, so growing our on-line community is critical to giving agents access to the benefits of a strong network.”
“Precinct is a key milestone in our digital transformation, where we’ve already rolled out new Australian and New Zealand consumer websites and a new email platform.
“We’re also developing our own data warehouse where we can collect and distribute information and knowledge from outside the network and from within. It is important to understand we are not simply talking about more data but the right data that we are feeding back to the network as insights that will help improve their business.”
