RE/MAX Australia Managing Director, Joel Davoren, proudly reports that the international real estate franchisor, with a presence in more than 110 countries and territories, is once again recognized as a top global franchise by Entrepreneur magazine.
The “Top Global Franchises” list is a variation of the annual Franchise 500 survey, which is considered the oldest and most comprehensive franchise ranking in the world, where companies are judged by criteria including costs and fees, size and growth, support, brand strength, and financial strength and stability.
“RE/MAX came in strong at No. 14 out of 200 franchise brands in the 2021 Top Global Franchise ranking and has earned a spot on this prestigious list for the 37th straight year,” Mr Davoren said.
“The brand has earned its high ranking based on international size and growth, as well as franchisee support and brand strength. RE/MAX franchisees get instant access to state-of-the-art systems, services, training, technology and marketing, along with instant referral connections to colleagues all over the world.
“More than 1,100 franchisors of all kinds applied for this year’s Franchise 500 and RE/MAX was selected as a top real estate franchisor.
“It is more than 16 months since we first heard of COVID and since then we’ve seen how powerful the RE/MAX brand can be in helping those in our network build their businesses, and the growth of the past year is a testament to our brand’s resilience under any conditions.”
“RE/MAX is about always moving forward and finding new and better ways to deliver advantages for our business owners and agents, and great experiences for consumers,” he said.
From a single office that opened in 1973 in Denver, Colorado, RE/MAX has grown into a global real estate network with more than 135,000 sales associates in over 110 countries and territories.
RE/MAX is recognised for its international appeal as it continues to grow its global footprint.
