RE/MAX Australia has announced its awards for the first quarter of 2024, with top achievers across ten regions recognised.
RE/MAX Living (Burpengary/Woodford) was named the top achieving real estate business in the Brisbane North region. and broker owner Kathy Sweeney was the #1 agent in the region.
Brisbane-based Lyn & Rohan Team, from RE/MAX Central Residential, was the top team for commissions and transactions in January to March.
Chris Esdale, RE/MAX City (Brisbane) principal, was #2 agent in transactions. Vicky Ford, RE/MAX Victory, Caboolture South, was #3. Narangba broker owner, Leanne Kroes, RE/MAX Platinum, and Ryan Smith, RE/MAX Profile Real Estate, Kenmore, made up the top three for commission earned.
Cam & Dave Team from RE/MAX Now at North Lakes won #2 team overall. Sandgate-based Tamara & Mark Wecker, RE/MAX Property Shop, completed the top three teams for commission and Coastal Property Group from RE/MAX Advanced, Bribie Island, made up the top three for transactions.
In the Brisbane South region, RE/MAX Bayside-Results (Morningside, Cleveland, Alexandra Hills) was named the top achieving real estate business, and Kylee Harnisch, from the Morningside office, was the top agent for transactions and #2 for commission earned.
Three teams from RE/MAX Bayside-Results featured in the first quarter awards – Evans Properties Team was #1 for commission, Agents on Point was #3 for commission and Simon Salm Team was #3 for transactions.
Wynnum sales specialist Todd Gerhardt was the region’s top individual for commission and in third place for transactions while Tamara Hall, also from RE/MAX Advantage, was #2 for transactions and #3 for commissions.
The Shailer Park based Hunt Property Sisters from RE/MAX Revolution won #1 team for transactions, followed by the Springfield-based Melina M-V Properties Team from RE/MAX Property Professionals, which also took the #2 position for commission.
In the North Queensland region, RE/MAX Select demonstrated enviable market share and claimed top office for both commission and number of transactions. The Mackay office also produced the region’s top sales team, Team Leanne Druery. Broker owner Nikita Kinnane was #1 individual for both commission earned and sales transactions, while Stacey Arlott made the top three.
The Mark Stevenson & Marion Grice Team from RE/MAX Excellence in Townsville completed the top two sales teams for the region.
In the Wide Bay region, RE/MAX Gold achieved #1 office for both commission and number of transactions. The Gladstone office produced the region’s top sales team for commission and transactions, Team Williams. Sales associate Emma Matheson ranked #2 for transactions.
RE/MAX Coastal Lifestyle’s Sue Robertson, from Baffle Creek, was the top-ranked agent for transactions and in the top three for commission earned and The Ros Waters Team from the same office was #3 for transactions.
Stephen Wright and Reece O’Brien from RE/MAX Partners Real Estate in Hervey Bay were the region’s top two agents for commission earned.
The Bundaberg-based Scott Mackey Team, from RE/MAX Precision, completed the top three teams in Wide Bay region for commission earned.
RE/MAX Success in Toowoomba achieved the highest volume of transactions and commission earned in the Darling Downs region. RE/MAX Success sales associates Trevor Manteufel and Gary Klein were the top two individuals, and Jacqui Walker Team, Melita Bell Team and Team Elevate were the top three teams.
In the Sunshine Coast region, RE/MAX Property Sales held top-ranking and awarded #1 real estate business for both commission earned and transactions. The top three agents in the region were also from RE/MAX Property Sales. Caloundra-based Dan Arndt was #1 for commission and transactions, Nambour-based agents Chris Elliman and Jason Stock juggled spots with Chris taking #2 for commission and #3 for transactions and Jason taking the reverse order.
RE/MAX Property Sales’ Caloundra-based, Rademeyer Team, was top team for both categories. RE/MAX Hinterland’s Team Hinterland and the Tristan Brown Team, RE/MAX Property Sales, completed the top three teams for commission, while it was the Nambour-based teams of Tristan Brown Team and Team Kraus for transactions.
RE/MAX Regency achieved highest transactions and commission for the Gold Coast region, and from the Robina office, Charl Louw, Greg Parker and Ben Williams were the top three individuals and Daryn Trowbridge Team and Nicole & Helen Team were the top two teams.

Top achievers in New South Wales were recognised, with RE/MAX Lifestyle Marketing awarded #1 office award for categories of both commission and closed transaction sides. The Penrith office also produced the region’s top two individual achievers overall in broker owner Gizzelle Powell and sales associate Litsa Meleti.
Completing the top three individual performers was Billy Markovski from RE/MAX Xtra in Parramatta.
From Junee, RE/MAX Vision’s Jenna Pollard Team was the top-ranked team for both commission and transactions.
For Victoria, RE/MAX Australia recognised RE/MAX Genesis and RE/MAX ACPA as the top offices for commission earned and number of transactions respectively.
The Lakes Entrance office of RE/MAX Genesis also produced the region’s top sales individual overall in principal Daniel Schoeman. From Williams Landing, RE/MAX ACPA’s Yisa Weng and Leon Lee completed the top three agents.
The top achievers in Western Australia were RE/MAX Extreme as #1 office award for categories of both commission generated and sales transactions, the Demo Foufas Team from the Currambine office as #1 for commission and #3 for transactions, the Phillip Wiltshire Team as #1 for transactions and #2 for commission, and the Brett White Team as #3 for commission and #2 for transactions.
Also from RE/MAX Extreme, sales associate Nic Sauzier was named WA’s top RE/MAX agent overall for January to March; Paul Walsh and Joel Mitton completed the top three for commission earned, while Joel was #2 for transactions followed by Josh Curtis at #3.
