RE/MAX welcomed the Coopers Plains-based Masters real estate team into its global network of more than 6900 offices this month.
RE/MAX Australia’s Managing Director Michael Davoren said the addition of such a respected real estate business fitted the strategy of selecting franchise partners who shared RE/MAX core values and were well-established in their markets.
For RE/MAX Masters Director Robin Yu, joining the global network gave scope for business growth and supported exceptional services for his team’s real estate customers.
“As an independent real estate business of 15 years, we had developed great strengths including our multi lingual and multi-cultural make up, experience and longevity in the market, a reputation for honesty and integrity, and successful outcome for both our sales and property management customers.
“We want to grow from this solid platform to be number one in the business, and to grow based on a culture of putting people first.
“I decided we needed a brand and all that comes with it, so the business could go further
“Successful franchisors create extra value beyond just the brand, which includes access to international marketing platforms and networks, supported business systems, extensive professional development and opportunities for extra income streams.
“RE/MAX is the right brand for real estate entrepreneurs who want a combination of independence, support and unmatched competitive advantages.
“It is the largest and most productive real estate industry in the world but its mission remains to be the worldwide real estate leader while it achieves its goals by helping others to achieve theirs.
Mr Yu’s business vision of providing exemplary real estate services is clearly based on commitment to himself, his agents and the customers.
“You must be committed in whatever you do, and once you commit, you have to go all the way out to deliver, because this is how you build trust.
Before emigrating with his family to Australia in 2001 and joining the sales team at Masters Realty, Mr Yu had gained an MBA through Griffith University following a number of years as a clinical surgeon in one of Beijing’s premier hospitals. He bought Masters Realty, which Steve Masters had founded in 1990, in May 2003, with many of the team remaining to today.
The RE/MAX brand has already attracted new top class agents to the team, including Yan Wang and Margot Fabian.
“Team FabYan, as they are known, are very successful and popular with buyers and sellers because of the way they complement each other,” Mr Yu said.
“Our entire sales and property management force, currently 14-strong, prides itself in treating all customers with honesty and integrity, and giving the very best personal service,” he said.
