It all came together on Friday November 2nd, when 22 Frederick Street was spectacularly opened up to the public in one of the most unique open houses to date.
“What we did with this property was not just show the property to each potential buyer, but rather opened the property up to the public to experience the excitement of living here,” said Mr Di Pinto.
The market-style event cumulated food, drinks, gelato and more. The 150 members of the public enjoyed a night of free entertainment with a live jazz band the backdrop which set the mood of the night being held in the magnificent complex foyer.
“It was a crazy night and the atmosphere was fantastic, we even had the streets surrounding at a stand-still.” said Mr Di Pinto. “It was the perfect way to showcase the unit complex”.
Guests on the night were given the premiere viewing of the multi-dwelling property’s official marketing video, before being amongst the first to see the stunning interior of each unit. Connecting with some of the best entrepreneurs in Brisbane, as well as a number of recognised personalities from Australian television, Mr Di Pinto has created a unique video which highlights every aspect that makes the property special. In part of excitement and growing anticipation, names will be revealed in the video. You may be surprised just who turned up at 22 Frederick Street!
