Simon Salm, a Brisbane Bayside sales executive and sales team leader has received a rare international RE/MAX Circle of Legends Award, which requires a career of at least 10 years with the global real estate giant and over $10 million US in RE/MAX commissions.
RE/MAX is recognised as one of the leading real estate franchise companies in the world, with the industry’s most productive sales force numbering more than 110,000 and a global reach of more than 100 countries.
“Entry into the prestigious Circle of Legends doesn’t come easily,” said RE/MAX Australia Franchise Director Joel Davoren. “Simon is an outstanding individual who has distinguished himself in RE/MAX ranks and the real estate industry itself.”
Mr Salm has a formidable reputation and an impressive track record of sales and achievement spanning more than 30 years in the Bayside area.
He recalls opening his first real estate office.
“My business administrator was Kathy Boot, who went on to forge a corporate career with RE/MAX Australia. She and my wife Shirley have been instrumental in my success, including giving their support through my move from business ownership into sales,” said Mr Salm.
“We congratulate Simon as only the second Australian to be nominated for Circle of Legends since its inception in 2001,” Mr Davoren said.
In 2014, Deborah Evans, from RE/MAX Results, was the first Australian to hold the rare international RE/MAX award. The Circle of Legends Award has been achieved by less than half of one percent of all active agents in the global RE/MAX network.
The Simon Salm Team includes Glen Tregea, Michelle Dennis, Deb McDonald, Alice Vazanellis, Jill Fergusson and Karen Pearce.
