Australian real estate network expands is presence
RE/MAX Australia continues to expand its national footprint with the addition of nine offices in the first half of 2017.
“After adding in Kingston, ACT; Lidcombe in New South Wales; and in Queensland, Wamuran, Indooroopilly and Sunnybank Hills in the first quarter of the year, I can announce a further four new offices for the second quarter” said Franchise Director Joel Davoren.
By the end of June, RE/MAX will have added its presence in Oxenford, Monterey Keys and Hendra in Queensland, and Hoppers Crossing in Victoria.
Mr Davoren said, “We have experienced almost 30 per cent growth in franchisees in roughly two years but our real goal is in helping the businesses in our network to themselves grow and thrive. Our KPI’s are our agent count and agent productivity rather than office numbers, and both these are accelerating because real estate agents and business owners are looking for genuine freedom, flexibility and opportunity to build their business and increase profitability.”
He said pending new franchise agreements put RE/MAX Australia in a very solid growth patterns for the second half of 2017.
‘We forecast growth in agent numbers and productivity for 2017, with a great focus on New South Wales and Victoria,” he said.
