Agents recognised for March quarter achievements
North Queensland RE/MAX teams came together over two events this month to celebrate their achievements through the year’s first quarter, with firstly a gathering in Mackay on 16th May then in Townsville on the 17th.
RE/MAX Excellence took the Top Office award for both categories of commission and number of transactions.
RE/MAX Australia ranks its sales associates, sales teams and offices based on performance each quarter and the Townsville office took out the number one ranking.
Three teams featured in Top teams rankings. For commission earned, the order went Michelle Hyde Team from RE/MAX Excellence, Ray Murphy Team from RE/MAX Real Estate Services in Cairns, and The Rob Levy Team from RE/MAX Excellence. For real estate transactions, Ray Murphy Team led, followed by The Rob Levey Team with Michelle Hyde Team ranked third.
RE/MAX Excellence Director and agent, Mark Stevenson, was number one individual performer all round for the March quarter, followed by Ryan O’Neill and Mat Foley from RE/MAX Real Estate Services in the ‘commission earned’ category and Regan O’Neill and the Mackay-based Stacey Arlott from RE/MAX Results for ‘number of transactions’.
The first quarter event was about training, workshops and networking.
RE/MAX Australia Professional Development Manager, Melanie Marsh, said RE/MAX Australia held professional development of its members in very high regard and a committed priority.
She said the event provided an exciting opportunity to introduce Dene Tucker to the North Queensland RE/MAX network.
“Dene joined RE/MAX late last year as broker owner of RE/MAX Auction Services. He was REIQ Auctioneer of the Year 2006 and represented Queensland in the Australasian competition in 2007.
“He has more than 27 years in the industry and has reached the top five per cent of sales people in the country; managed sales and support teams across single and multi-office operations; and is an experienced coach and trainer in sales, personal growth and business growth.”
RE/MAX Australia invited Mr Tucker to share his experience and knowledge of growing a successful sales business, and those in attendance took away strategies to implement around listings, combining print and portals for optimum marketing results, recognising the best buyer and negotiating the sale.
RE/MAX Australia Franchise Director, Joel Davoren, congratulated all RE/MAX teams on their consistent efforts and focus on their customers’ real estate experiences through the first quarter, and spoke of RE/MAX Australia’s commitment to its members and their individual business growth.
“In a leading global network, we all strive to exceed our clients’ expectations. That’s the RE/MAX difference.
“RE/MAX agents in North Queensland and Tropical North Queensland are producing some outstanding results for their customers,” he said.
RE/MAX is a worldwide leading real estate brand with unsurpassed global recognition through more than 100 countries and territories, with over 7000 offices and more than 120,000 people.
